Good morning. I'm back today for another The Cat's Pajamas sneak peek. And yes, Big Bear is back and in female form in the Bearing Gifts stamp set.
I did a bit of paper piecing in combination with Copic coloring and stamped one of the sentiments onto patterned paper which I then cut with yet another new CutUps set which is one piece of three included in the Circus Panels set. They can be used as a layered stack or individually as I did on this card. I have always loved this saying, so I was super excited to see it included in the set. To further demonstrate the "untie the ribbons" motif I included a big ribbon bow. Truthfully, this bit of ribbon in my stash looked a bit worse for wear. I contemplated ironing it but in actuality the folds and creases actually "tied" in to the theme as is so I just went with it tacking it down with buttons in strategic places.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamp and CutUps, My Mind's Eye dp, May Arts ribbon, PTI buttons, Linen Thread, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers
