A Snowy Christmas

Happy Memorial Day to all my stateside readers! I hope you are having a wonderful day filled with family and fun.

Today's card is for this weeks My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club Sketch challenge (MFTWSC73). It seems odd to be posting a Christmas card on a day that often signals the unofficial beginning of summer. But these sketches are a great way to jump start the Christmas card making process as one can never start too early. I started out by stamping and coloring the Pure Innocence Holiday Hugs image, then cutting out with Spellbinders Nestabilities. I added a touch of stickles here and there for a bit of sparkle. I took the liberty of shifting around some of the elements on the sketch and also made it into a square. The paper is from an older Crate Paper collection.

Products: My Favorite Things stamp and Die-namics, Crate paper dp, American Crafts ribbon, Ranger Stickles, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers
Copics: Snowman-BG0000, BG70, Y15, Y35, Y38; Hat-BG10, BG11, BG72; Scarf-R22, R24, R27, R46, E81, 0; Shadows-B0000

I hope to see you back here tomorrow for the last of my projects using the C.C. Designs Sugarplum Beach kit.
