Welcome to day two of three October previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps. Gingy is a set of five gingerbread men (or women).
My first card features Gingy with his popcorn and cranberry garland. I cut him with a circle Spellbinders Nestabilities and then colored with Copic markers. I combined him with paper from the Studio Calico Wonderland pad from last season and some kraft cardstock. I placed dimensional dots underneath the image so it would pop up and added a kraft grosgrain bow and a trio of buttons for embellishments.
Products: Sweet November stamp, Studio Calico dp, Bazzill cs, PTI sentiment stamp, buttons and cs, MFT ribbon and Die-namics, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic markers
Copics: Gingerbread-E31, E34, E35, R22, R24, R27, W00, E81, B41, B32; Garland-R24, R27, R29, W5, W00, E81; Shadows-W00, W1, W2
My second card has a Gingy with visions of sugarplums. I converted the sugarplums to gum drop candy adding dots of Ranger Glossy accents on each and then sprinkling with Doodlebug Sugarcoating (glitter). The patterned paper came from Webster's Pages Winter Fairy Tales set for a candy sweet card.
Here is a close up view of the gum drops.
