Thinking of You {Purple Onion Designs}

I don't know about you but 2019 is already flying by. I can't believe it is almost March. I am seeing signs of spring here in Alabama and I am so ready for it.

Today's card features the adorable Goldie fairy by Purple Onion Designs which was illustrated by the very talented Stacey Yacula. Goldie was stamped onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers adding some highlights with a white and clear gelly roll pen, then fussy cut out. The sentiment from the Kindness Sentiment Set was stamped onto a patterned paper circle using green parakeet ink and then stamped again around some of the letters with new leaf ink.  I decided to loosely follow the layout for the new Freshly Made Sketches #377 first using a strip embossing folder on the card base. I added two leaves and a graphic flower slipped underneath the sentiment piece which was attached with a layer of craft foam for dimension. The image was added as the final touch.

Isn't she adorable? You need this little girl in your life!

Christian Valentine Tags

Good morning. I hope you are staying warm during these dreary February days. Today I have some Christian Valentine tags to show you. The photos were not the best but I only had a few minutes to get them done.

I created these for a special group of women from a shelter who attend our church on a regular basis. Our small group provided their lunch so I decided to add something extra this time. I limited my supplies to two patterned paper pads, three colors of cardstock and two ink colors. I used various Christian stamps along with several tag shapes from different companies. The stamps had to include the word love or heart.

Each tag was attached to a single long stemmed rose using ribbon.

Products: Papertrey Ink, Reverse Confetti, Verve and Sweet 'n Sassy stamps, The Cat's Pajamas, Sunny Studio, My Favorite Things, Simon Says, Lawn Fawn and Papetrey Ink dies, Reverse Confetti and Doodlebug dp, Papetrey Ink and Reverse Confetti cs, Kaisercraft pearls, Michael's and May Arts ribbons, Reverse Confetti ink

Have a great day. Thanks for stopping by.

The Cat's Pajamas #354 TCP Tuesday Challenge

Welcome back to another TCP Tuesday challenge for 2019. The theme for February is Furry Friends. You do not have to use TCP products but we love it when you do!

My Furry Friends are all dogs. This is Oscar my newest pupster who is a Shih Tzu. Don't let that innocent face fool you. He is full of mischief.

I decided to use one of my favorite images from the Just Let It Happen set, stamping onto Neenah cardstock, then colored with Copic Markers. After attaching it to the card base, I added a postage style frame cut from patterned paper using the Square Stamp CutUps. The sentiment from the Simply Stacked Sentiments was stamped directly onto the card front. My go to embellishment of enamel dots finished up this clean and simple card.

Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, MFT cs, PTI cs, Doodlebug enamel dots, Altenew and PTI ink, Copic Markers
