Day 2 Verve Holiday Release Spotlight Hop

Welcome back to Day 2 of Verve's November 2014 Spotlight Hops!  The Verve Divas and special guests are back for another day of spotlighting the new holiday release! Today's spotlight is shining on the Pinecone Christmas set illustrated by Chaitali Narla and the coordinating Poinsettia Pinecones Die Set.

I am excited to be guest designing again today and I am also last on the hop.

I cut the flower using the poinsettia die from the Poinsettia Pinecones Die set and then stamped the matching image from the Pinecone Christmas set onto it. I colored with Copic Markers and then attached to a tag cut with the Verve A Cut Above Sweet Scallop Die. After also stamping the sentiment onto the tag I added a twine bow at the top and a couple of sequins from the Holiday Sequin Mix. I attached to a patterned paper rectangle, adding a strip of glittery card stock anchored with two mini brads. A trio of matted sequins finished it up for another clean and simple Christmas card.
