November Release Retrospective Blog Hop

Welcome to Verve's Holiday Release Retrospective Blog Hop! The Verve Divas and special guests are hopping today and serving up some more inspiration using our Holiday Release stamps & dies! Besides a look-see at some really lovely cards, there's also a comment prize up for grabs!

I am last on the hop and you should have arrived here from Maureen's blog. If not, start at Julee's blog because you don't want to miss a thing! The full hop list is below.

I am sad to say this is my last project as a guest designer for Verve. I have loved every minute of it and want to thank Julee for inviting me.

My card features the Weary World set. I stamped the image onto a piece cut with the the coordinating die from Starry Stable Die Set and then colored with Copic Markers. I topped the stable with two mirrored gold star also using dies from the Starry Stable Die Set. I prepared the background with Echo Park patterned paper, adding a gold mirrored strip at the top.  After stamping the sentiment using Stampin' Up Midnight Muse ink onto a circle, I attached it and the image piece with dimensional dots. A button tied with gold thread and two sequins from the Holiday Sequin Mix completed this clean and simple yet so very meaningful Christmas card.
