Welcome to the last day of May previews featuring Sweet November for All That Scraps. Some of my favorite characters, the Fairwees are back again this month!
Today's card features Josie and Jilly's Chat. I decided to try a "no coloring"image again. Don't worry, this won't become a habit. Obviously if you've looked at my blog before, you know I love to color! But I also love the graphic look that a non-colored image can give. I stamped these cuties onto plain white cardstock with a hot pink ink and then stamped the sentiment from the also new AmyR Sunny Sentiments set directly onto the image panel with a turquoise ink. The sentiments are available in both rubber and clear. Since I went so light with color on the image I went crazy with it for the rest of the design by combining papers from the Simple Stories Sn@p and Bazzill Basics Lucy's Crab Shack pads. I cut the loopy spiral using the Curly-Q Border Cutters and anchored it with a button.
Products: Sweet November stamp, C.C. Designs sentiment stamp and Cutters, Bazzill Basics and Simple Stories dp, TPC jewels, PTI die, MFT/Colorbox and Ranger Archival inks
Be sure to check out the project that my fellow design team member Tress has created using this stamp. Amy, the illustrator of the Sweet November
line has a fabulous card to share with you and also outlines the
details on a chance to win some blog candy which includes the stamp we are
all using today. All you have to do is leave comments on all our blogs.
This stamp along with the other May stamps and dies are available for purchase at the All That Scraps
store NOW. This card along with many other Sweet November projects are also on the All That Scraps blog today.
