I replaced the square in the sketch with a rectangle cut with the Straight Stripes Pretty Panels die. I threaded a strip of chevron patterned paper through it and then layered it onto the prepared background panel. After stamping the image from the Reverse Confetti Roundabout Additions set, I cut out with a piece from the Circles 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts. I placed it onto the panel with dimensional dots and then added a heart cut with a die from Love Note Confetti Cuts and a couple of sequins topped with pearls. I slipped in another heart at the top of the pretty panels.
