Good morning. I have another card using the brand new Pine Cone Trail collection by Stacey Yacula for Purple Onion Designs. And this time I am submitting it to the Fall/Winter Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop.
Rory & Noelle (mouse and squirrel) was stamped onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers, then fussy cut out. I did color the squirrel as a skunk though. To prepare the background I cut a stitched rectangle from Neenah cardstock, then used the previously released Birch Trees Background partially stamped three times to create a forest. After coloring wih Copic Markers, I stamped the sentiment from the Winter Wishes Sentiment Set using vermillion ink. The image was attached using foam dots and twine tied at the top of the card finished it up. These furry critters do look like they need warming up with a cup of coffee or cocoa.
