Today's All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge challenge is a sketch by Rachel Schneider. I chose to work with the C.C. Designs Hairdresser Honey digital stamp. She's all colored up with Copic markers as per usual and then cut out with Spellbinders Nestabilities.
