After stamping Elsie, I colored her up with Copics trying to make it appear that she was bathed in sunlight and then I fussy cut her out. I paired her up with some old Sweetwater patterned papers, a favorite from my scrapbooking days. I used several new C.C. Designs Cutters, the Fence and Grass and Flower borders to create a scene. I added the doily in the background for a bit of frilliness and the metal badge from the same paper collection to act as the sentiment.
