Welcome to the final day of February Sweet November previews. Today we are featuring "Pine".
After coloring Pine with Copics I cut the image out with Spellbinders Nestabilities. I paired this little guy with a sheet from the Little Yellow Bicycle Winter Twig collection since it had a variety of pinecones on it although they may be a bit hard to see. 12x12 sheets don't always translate well on cards. I added some snowflakes cut with My Favorite Things Die-namics to add to the winter theme.
Products: Sweet November stamp, My Favorite Things Die-namics, Little Yellow Bicycle dp, My Mind's Eye buttons, Kaisercraft pearls, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers
Copics: Skin-E000, E00, E11; Hair-E35, E39, E29; Eyes-B41, B32, B34; Pinecone Hat-YG91, YG93, YG95; Clothing/Pinecone stem-E40, E41, E42, E44
I hope you have enjoyed all the previews from the Sweet November team. This collection will be available for purchase at the All That Scraps store tonight, February 2 at 10 pm CT. Be sure to also click on over to my fellow design team member Marion and also to our special guest designer Sammi. Amy, the Sweet November artist has a card to share with you and also outlines the details on how to win some blog candy which includes the stamp we are all using today. All you have to do is leave comments on our various blogs.
Don't forget my sale page. I did some clean up on it last night so hopefully it is easier to read.

Another excellent paper choice, and I so agree about the 12x12 size for us cardmakers... shouldn't all of the paper companies be releasing 6x6 pads by now? ;)
ReplyDeleteThis card is really fantastic and Pine looks completely adorable! Thanks so much for always doing such a wonderful job with each release. :)
Love the YG choice for the pinecone. Those snowflakes are making me wish I was still on holidays :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy. I love your papers behind Pine. It looks like you hand painted the pinecones. Very pretty. I also wish that all the companies would put out their papers in both sizes. lol... Awwww to dream. Anyway, I love all that you have going on with your card. The buttons, the twice and of corse Pine himself. Just beautiful. So much happening, yet you have balanced it all. I think I could sit and look at your card for a long time and still find a hidden treasure or two. Hope you have a great Friday. Hugs, Lisa G
