Life Does Not Have to be Perfect (TCP Tuesday)

I have another TCP Tuesday challenge project today which is to use a handmade tag on your project.

I love tags so this challenge has been a fun one for me. I started out by embossing my background panel with a new Cuttlebug folder (Charles). I then created my tag by using two of the Toppers CutUps,  finishing it up with a large bow and then attaching it to the background panel with double-sided tape. I stamped the sentiment from the Life's a Beach set onto a piece cut with the Circus Panels CutUps and layered it across the tag. I added a flower cut with the Flower Button CutUps, centered with a My Mind's Eye enamel dot which was layered onto a black circle. A smattering of more enamel dots completed the design. The patterned paper is from a Heather Bailey designed Becky Higgins Project Life 12x12 set.

Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamp and dies,  B.Higgins Project Life dp, My Mind's Eye enamel dots, PTI ribbon, Cuttlebug embossing folder

If you want to play along you just upload your design right on the Dancing in Pajamas blog using the InLinkz button. (The challenge button will be posted on the right hand column of this blog so you don't have to search around). If you want to display your project on Splitcoaststampers use keyword TCPTUESJuly13.

  1. Love this Nancy! I really like the citrusy colors and how you used so many different die-namics to make your card. That little bit of black under the enamel dot is a nice detail too!
