Today's card is a Christmas in May card to meet my goal of creating at least one card per month. I combined the Taylored Expressions Birch Tree Border die with the Papertrey Ink In the Meadow Stamp and die set to create a snowy scene. After cutting the Birch Trees, I inked the edges with Copic markers (W00 and E81). I used the In the Meadow stamp and dies for the two deer using Memento Rich Cocoa ink and cut out the birds with the dies as I had a hard time matching up the tiny stamps against the tiny die-cuts. I wanted the card to have a very serene and calm look so I used muted patterned paper by Melissa Frances from my 12x12 stash. I stamped the sentiment onto a piece from The Cat's Pajamas Circus Panels Cutups.
Products: Papertrey Ink stamps and dies, Melissa Frances dp,Doodlebug pearls, The Cat's Pajamas Cutups, Taylored Expressions die, Copic Markers
I hope you enjoyed my Christmas in May card! Thanks for stopping by.

All That Scraps Review - Sweet November
It's review day on the All That Scraps blog and I am joining other members of the design team in showing you more projects using the May release stamps and dies. Today we are concentrating on the Sweet November line.
I stamped up Mia's Kite again going for a clean and simple look this time around. I allowed the image to shine with a plain white background upon which I stamped the image and then colored with Copic Markers. I added a border at the top using papers from the My Mind's Eye Remarkable pad, finishing it up with a big ribbon bow anchored with a button. The sentiment came from the AmyR Sunny Sentiments set (available in both rubber and clear) and was stamped directly onto the image panel.
Products: Sweet November stamp, My Mind's Eye dp, Doodlebug jewel, MFT ribbon, PTI die and button, Copic Markers
Copics: Skin-E000, E00, E11, R20; Hair-E30, E31, E34, E57; Clothing-B0000, B000, BG10, Y21, Y23, Y35; Wings-G0000, G000; Kite-R11, R14, R17, Y21, Y23, Y35, B91, B95, B97, G40, G43, G46; Grass-YG63, YG67; Shadows-BG70, BG0000, BG000
This card along with many other Sweet November cards are on the All That Scraps blog today.

You are One of My Nicest Thoughts
Today's card is for this week's There She Goes challenge which is a sketch.
I used one of my newer TSG stamps, Phyllis. She's fluffy like me but a lot cuter. I cut her out with Spellbinders Nestabilities and colored with Copic Markers. I skipped the ribbon/bow in the sketch and replaced it with a Fancy Pants Decorative button that has been in my stash for a very long time although I adjusted the yellow a bit with a Copic marker. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the background panel. I used some of my new Bazzill Card Shoppe cardstock for the matting (Candy Hearts) and combined it with patterned paper from the My Mind's Eye My Girl 6x6 pad for a girly girl look.
Products: There She Goes stamp, My Mind's Eye dp, Bazzill Card Shoppe cardstock, Fancy Pants button, My Favorite Things Die-namics, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers
Copics: Hippo-W00, E81, BG0000, BG000, BG10, Y0000, YR30, YR31, Y11, Y35; Flower-YR30,YR31, Y35, R30, R32, R35; Shadows-W00, W1, W2, B0000, B000
For those of you in the states, have a great long weekend and a safe and happy Memorial Day.

Psalm 46:1
The first thing I want to say is that my heart, my thoughts and my prayers are with the state of Oklahoma. We here in Alabama know all too well the heartache and devastation a tornado can cause. This week has brought so many bad memories of two years ago when a group of tornadoes ravaged our state, including the small one that came through our neighborhood, that I've really had to stop watching the constant news. But that does not mean that I am not praying or thinking of those affected and making as much of a monetary contribution as my budget allows.
I've been so super busy with design team projects that it seems like a really long time since I did a card for no reason other than I just wanted to use some new stamps and new paper. I did go in search of some challenges and wound up finding two so this card is pulling double challenge duty.
Verve's Diva Challenge this month was to use stars and/or stripes with the optional challenge to make the card clean and simple. I've done all three with this card, using the Deconstructed Sketch 101 for the layout. I used the Verve Psalm 46:1 Plain Jane stamp as the centerpiece. I think this scripture is always appropriate but particularly so right now. I stamped it with Memento Paris Dusk ink onto a circle cut with the Spellbinders Nestabilities. I added a star cut with The Cat's Pajamas 3x3 CutUps and the flourish cut with My Favorite Things Die-namics. The paper is all from the My Mind's Eye Kate and Co. Oxford Lane 6x6 pad and this is the first time I've had a chance to cut into it. I love the clean, fresh colors.
Products: Verve stamp, My Mind's Eye dp, Doodlebug pearls, Memento ink, My Favorite Things Die-namics, The Cat's Pajamas CutUps, Spellbinders Nestabilities
That's it for today. See you back here soon.

It's review day on the All That Scraps blog and I am joining other members of the design team in showing you more projects using the May release stamps and dies.

I combined papers from the Echo Park Scoot, Bundle of Joy Dots and Stripes and Metropolitan Dots and Stripes pads and then colored up the image to match. I added a few more cut stars, adding the sentiment in the center of the largest one. The sentiment is part of the Sunny Sentiments set (available in either rubber or clear).

The Cat's Pajamas New Release Blog Hop and TCP Tuesday
It is release day for The Cat's Pajamas! All seven of the new stamp sets and three fun new Cutups dies are available now in The Cat's Pajamas shop.
Since it is release day that also means a blog hop. I hope you arrived here from Wendy's blog. Wendy is one of our newer Cat Pack members and I am sure she had something creative to show you. If not, head on over to Alma's blog to start at the beginning.
My card today is pulling double duty as it is also for the May TCP Tuesday challenge which is to design a card with clean lines, minimal elements, areas of white space and few or no embellishments.Less is more. Full details are on the Dancing in Pajamas blog as well as the link to add your project.
I inked up the Life's a Beach bunny again, allowing part of the image off the page. I used one of the new Small Sentiments stamped onto the arrow cut with the Talk to Me CutUps. I cut the top portion with the Big Scallop CutUps which remains a favorite die. The paper is from the Sweetwater by Bazzill Basics Lucy's Crab Shack pad. I love this sheet but have a bone to pick with Sweetwater as the most beautiful beaches in the world located on the Gulf Coast are under-represented. You will notice that I colored the beach East coast style. It's hard to explain "sugar white" beaches to someone who has never experienced them.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamp and CutUps, Bazzill Basics dp, Doodlebug and PTI buttons, Copic Markers
Copics: Bunny-E40, E41, E42; Sand-E81, E84, E87; Drink-YR12, YR16, YR18; Umbrella-YG0000, YG21, YG01, W00, E81
That's it for me. I hope you have enjoyed all the previews, chatting and the shopping! To continue the blog hop, please pop on over to Noelle's blog. I know she has something fabulous to show you.

{The Cat's Pajamas Sneak Peek} Summer Sayings
I'm back with the last day of TCP sneak peeks. Today we are highlighting the Summer Sayings set and today I have a two-fer for you. I can see lots of uses for this set. For cards of course, but also for traditional scrapbook pages as well as Project Life and smash books.I absolutely adore this set. I love summer and am planning on a beach vacation in July so the wording is perfect.
Subway art is a major trend right now so I decided to try it. I just started stamping the various sentiments and images in different ink colors onto white cardstock for a hot, summery look. There are a few smidgie smudges (yeah, that's a technical term) but I'm hoping you think it adds to the charm! After I finished the stamping, I added some buttons and jewels here and there. I attached the piece to an oversized tag shape that I created with a piece from the Toppers CutUps set. Before attaching the tag to the card base, I slipped a piece underneath at the top that I cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities. I then added the fun sunglasses at the bottom cut with the new Glasses CutUps.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and CutUps, Echo Park dp, May Arts ribbon, PTI buttons, Kaisercraft jewels, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Memento and Ranger's Archival inks
My second project has a whole different look. I started out by cutting a tag shape using the new Luggage Tag CutUps. I then used several sets, plus a bit of patterned paper to decorate it. The row of vehicles and the 'roadtrip' sentiment came from the Summer Sayings set. The Beep Beep sentiment and the center dotted lines came from the Joyride set and the checkerboard patterned was stamped from the Toni's Tea Set. The patterned papers all came from the Simples Stories Urban Traveler and I added a small heart cut with the icons from the Pinwheels CutUps onto the center of the North America portion of the map paper secured with a teeny tiny Queen and Co. brad. I wrapped some twine around the card front and then attached the tag with double sided tape. I anchored it down with a couple of buttons and a wood veneer vehicle by Studio Calico.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and CutUps, Simple Stories dp, Studio Calico wood die-cut, Doodlebug and PTI buttons, Memento ink (Tuxedo Black, Expresso Truffle, Gray Flannel and Morocco)

{The Cat's Pajamas Sneak Peek} Aim High
I hope you are enjoying your weekend. I have another TCP sneak peek for you today featuring the new Aim High set.
Your favorite bunny is back again today. I stamped the image and the sentiment onto Copics X-Press It cardstock and then cut out with Spellbinders Nestabilities. It was colored with Copic Markers, adding some Ranger Liquid Pearls for the rocket trails. I decided on a patriotic color scheme using paper from the Sweetwater by Bazzill Basics Freedom pad. I cut the nested stars with the 3x3 Stars CutUps, wrapping twine haphazardly around the larger one and placing a jewel in the center of the smaller one.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and CutUps, Bazzill Basics dp, Ranger Liquid Pearls (Royal Navy), Doodlebug jewel, PTI button, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers

{The Cat's Pajamas Sneak Peek} Reel Experts
I have another TCP sneak peek for you today featuring the Reel Experts set. Yay! The penguin buddies are back again.
This set gave me the perfect excuse to use my new W R Memory Keepers Happy Campers paper pad. I selectively inked up only two of the images for this card which was stamped onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, then cut out with a Spellbinders Nestie. I colored with Copic markers as per usual and then stamped the sentiment onto the image panel. The small banner was actually cut from one of the patterned paper sheets and I added a small topper to it using one of the Heart Toppers CutUps. I tried to keep the card masculine with a kraft card base and used a wood Prima button and twine for texture.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and CutUps, W R Memory Keepers dp, Prima wood button, Doodlebug pearls, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Memento and Hero Arts inks, Copic Markers
Copics: Penquins-YR31, YR23, YR24, W00, E81; Fish-YG91, YG93, YG95; Fishing Rod-BG10, BG11, BG34; Bucket-YR30, YR31; Shadows-W00, E81

{The Cat's Pajamas Sneak Peek} Travelin' Man
Welcome to another day of The Cat's Pajamas sneak peeks. Are you excited about what you've seen so far? We've got much more to show you! The Travelin' Man set stars your favorite big eared bunny!
The car just cracks me up. I stamped the image onto Copics X-Press It cardstock and cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities, adding the sentiment across the top and coloring it with Copic markers as per usual. I used one of the new Luggage Tag Cutups (the one shaped like a jewelry tag) to cut out the big notch at the top of the fishtail tag. A circle die or punch would have worked too. A smattering of buttons secured with Linen Thread and a couple of jewels to highlight the sentiment finished things up. I polka-dotted the orange button with a white Sharpie.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamp, Studio Calico dp, Linen Thread, PTI buttons, Kaisercraft jewels, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers
Copics: Bunny-W00, E81, B0000, B41; Car-B41, B32, B91, N1, N3, YR30, YR31, YR12, YR16; Pavement-N1, N3, N5, Luggage-YG0000, YG21, YG01, YG93, YR01, YR12, YR14, B0000, B000, B01; Shadows-BG70, BG0000
