Welcome to the last day of the C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps March previews.

Today's card features the Sweet November Bunny Tails set. This adorable set consists of four bunnies and three sentiments. A must have for Spring and Easter cards and projects! I stamped the bunny image onto a square cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities and drew in a drip of paint from the paint brush portion of the image.Tthe egg embellishment was cut using the Eggs Cutters set. I colored the main image with Copic Markers and also a splash of color on the egg as if the bunny had just started to color it. I added yellow Ranger Stickles to the "paint" for a touch of sparkle. All the patterned papers came from the Echo Park Bundle of Joy Boy pad. I added a small bit of ribbon and a scattering of buttons to finish things up.

Welcome to the last day of November C.C. Designs previews. All the gorgeous holidays stamps you have seen over these past three days will be ready for you to purchase tomorrow at 9am EST.

I have three cards for you today featuring the Sweet November Midnight's Christmas. Amy has done it again with this super cute set of four stamps.

I started out by stamping three of the four images and then cutting out with Spellbinders Nestabilities. After coloring the images with Copic markers, I set them aside to cut the three card bases using the largest piece from Spellbinders Nestabilities Lacey Squares. Next I cut the background panels from the Doodlebug Homes for the Holidays pad, cutting coordinating mats from various cardstock. I assembled the cards adding a sentiment from the new AmyR Christmas Sentiments II set cut with the Scrolling Banners Cutters. I added a strand of Christmas lights cut with the Ornament Border Cutters onto the card with the kitten drinking Santa's glass of milk, a glittery star cut with a piece from the Christmas Accessories Cutters for the kitten sleeping on Santa's hat and two ornaments cut with pieces which are also from the Christmas Accessories Cutters for the kitten playing with the Christmas ornaments on the tree. I added a matted Doodlebug enamel dot as the finishing touch for each card.

C.C. Designs Preview - Praying Angel

Welcome to the fourth day of C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps October previews. I am joining the other Design Team members in featuring the Drozy's Darlings stamps.

Today's card features the Praying Angel stamp. Isn't she pretty and sweet? I really wanted an ethereal look so I gave her a white dress and wings with just a touch of  minty green on the bodice of the dress. I applied a touch of Ranger (Diamond) Stickles on the stars in her hair. And in these stressful times, don't we all need to pray for peace on earth which is a sentiment from the also new AmyR Joyful Greetings sentiment set. I  stamped it with Hero Arts Shadow Ink (Wet Cement). The main image panel was popped up with dimensional dots. A ribboned bow and a few sequins completed the look. All the patterned paper came from the Basic Grey 25th and Pine paper pad which is full of really fun retro patterns and colors.

Sweet November Preview - Gingy Day 3

Welcome to the last day of October previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps. Gingy is a set of five gingerbread men (or women). I have two cards again today.

I stamped Gingy with his icing bag onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut out. I also stamped the image onto the tag shape cut from patterned paper and used it as a guide to position the inked image. The sentiment came from another stamp set and I added a trio of enamel dots. I added some Ranger Glossy Accents to the "icing" portion of the image as the last step. The paper is all from last year's Pink Paislee City Sidewalks with a small piece from Crate Paper.

Products: Sweet November stamp, Pink Paislee dp, American Crafts ribbon, My Mind's Eye enamel dots, Ranger Glossy Accents, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic markers
Copics: E50, E53, E57, R22, R24, R27, W00, E81, B41, B32

My second card is tag based also as apparently I am still not over my tag love yet. I stamped Gingy sitting on a rolling pin onto kraft cardstock and then cut into a tag shape eliminating part of the image but also allowing part of the rolling pin to fall outside of the tag shape. I colored with a combination of Prismacolor pencils and Copic Markers. After adding a tag topper I inserted a couple of ribbons through the tag hole and secured with a button and some twine. The sentiment came from the also new for this month, C.C. Designs AmyR Joyful Greetings and I stamped it with Stampin' Up ink. I finished things up with some buttons and sequins. The paper is all from an older Crate Paper pad Snow Day.

Products: Sweet November stamp, C.C. Designs sentiment stamp, Crate Paper dp,  May Arts ribbon, Memento and Stampin' Up ink, Prismacolor Pencils, Copic Markers
Copics: Shadows-W00, E81
Prismacolors: Gingerbread-941, 945, 922, 923, 935, 927, 1033, 938

Be sure to check out the project that my fellow design team member Tress has created using this stamp.  Amy, the illustrator of the Sweet November line has a creative card to share with you and also outlines the details on a chance to win some blog candy. All you have to do is leave comments on our various blogs.

Welcome to day two of three October previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps. Gingy is a set of five gingerbread men (or women).

My first card features Gingy with his popcorn and cranberry garland. I cut him with a circle Spellbinders Nestabilities and then colored with Copic markers. I combined him with paper from the Studio Calico Wonderland pad from last season and some kraft cardstock. I placed dimensional dots underneath the image so it would pop up and added a kraft grosgrain bow and a trio of buttons for embellishments.

My second card has a Gingy with visions of sugarplums. I converted the sugarplums to gum drop candy adding dots of Ranger Glossy accents on each and then sprinkling with Doodlebug Sugarcoating (glitter). The patterned paper came from Webster's Pages Winter Fairy Tales set for a candy sweet card.

Here is a close up view of the gum drops.

Sweet November Preview - Gingy Day 1

***This is my second post for the day. Scroll down for another C.C. Designs preview.***

Welcome to day one of three October previews days featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps. Gingy is a set of five gingerbread men (or women). I had some fun with this set and I think you will too.

I started out by cutting a tag shape from kraft cardstock, stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored with Prismacolor pencils. I cut another larger tag from patterned paper, tying the two together with a bit of cotton twill ribbon. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder on the rustic white cardstock background which emulated the pattern in the paper used for the border strip. The sentiment came from the also new for this month, C.C. Designs AmyR Joyful Greetings. I added a scattering of Teresa Collins enamel dots, one of which was attached to a kraft circle and popped up with dimensional dots. All the patterned paper came from the Bazzill Basics Nordic Pines pad.

Sweet November Review - Frannie and Frankie

It's review day on the C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps blog and I am joining other members of the design team in showing you more projects using the August release stamps. We are concentrating on the Sweet November line this time around.

Today's card features Sweet November Frannie and Sweet November Frankie out on a color coordinated fright night date! After coloring with Copic Markers, I fussy cut them out. I cut the image panel with a My Favorite Things Stax die, embossed with a Cuttlebug Embossing folder and then added the iron gate cut with the C. C. Designs Witches Fence die. I added a small punched heart with a jewel onto the gate since Frannie and Frankie are a couple. I placed them on the image panel using pop dots for dimension and definition. The background panel came from a Bella Blvd collection from couple of years ago and I cut the cloud from the leftover scraps which was also attached with pop dots. A smattering of My Mind's Eye Enamel Dots and jewels finished things up.

Products: Sweet November stamps, C.C. Designs Cutters, Bella Blvd dp, Kaisercraft jewels, My Mind's Eye Enamel Dots, Copic Markers

Sweet November Preview - Midnight's Mischief

Welcome to day one of August previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs. This month features fun Halloween images, one of my favorite holidays.

Today's card features one of the images from the Midnight's Mischief set. I paper pieced the witch's hat then stamped the cat separately and colored with Copic Markers. I placed a dimensional dot underneath Mischief's head for added dimension. The Fancy Pants dp is only a couple of years old but I had to go way  back in my scrapbook stash for the much older Ki Memories paper as well as the Doodlebug ribbon. The sentiment is from last years C.C. Designs Halloween Sentiments set.

Products: Sweet November stamp, C.C. Designs sentiment stamp, Fancy Pants and Ki Memories dp, Queen and Co. Goosebumps, Doodlebug ribbon, MFT and PTI buttons, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Copic Markers

Sweet November Preview - Frannie

Welcome to another day of August previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs Rubber Stamps. This month features fun Halloween images, one of my favorite holidays.

Today's clean and simple card features Frannie. I decided to just add black and cream highlights rather than my usual color all over to give her a more ethereal look. I again went back into my scrapbook stash for some older products including the Making Memories acrylic piece and the velvet frame. The paper is from the My Mind's Eye Mischievous pad from a couple of seasons ago and the cardstock base is Bazzill Card Shoppe Peanut Cluster. I added two Queen and Co. Candy Stripers (licorice) embellishments as a finishing touch. My almost five year granddaughter declared her to be "adorable"!

Welcome to day one of July previews featuring Sweet November for C.C. Designs. The Mermaids are back this summer. Over the next three days we will be showcasing them for you individually; however, they are sold as a set of three.

First up is Nami. I cut the image out with Spellbinders Nestabilities with some out of the box action for the tail fins portion. I repeated the circles by adding air bubbles cut with the Bubbles Cutters introduced last summer. The sentiment is from the also new this month, AmyR Sweet Summer Sentiments and I stamped it onto a piece cut with the Banner Day Cutters. The patterned papers came from a couple of Echo Park 6x6 pads. Sequins are back in style so I broke out some older Doodlebug packages from my stash and added them here and there topping the larger ones with small jewels also by Doodlebug.

I stamped it onto a tag shape, adding a rolled rose and doubled up a row of scallops for a border. Lastly, I added a smattering of Teresa Collins Enamel dots to the image panel and jewels to her crown.

Sweet November Preview - Princess Margriet

Today is the last day of June previews featuring Sweet November for All That Scraps. This month we are celebrating the princesses in your life. The four Princesses are actually sold as a set but we are showcasing them individually

Even though we are previewing the Princesses individually, I decided to treat my cards as a set. The colors, patterns and the layouts are different but you will notice that all the cards have common elements, white backgrounds, a paper doily, soft seam binding ribbon, button, bling and a sentiment from the new Simply Enchanting Sentiments (clear) set.

Today's card features Princess Margriet. I am normally not a fan of purple but I thought this beauty needed some royal colors. And what little girl does not like purple? For some reason there is always a purple phase. I colored up Margriet with Copic Markers and then cut out the image with Spellbinders Nestabilities. I added the sentiment onto the paper doily. The beauty of clear stamps is that they are bendy so I curved it to fit the circular shape. All the patterned paper came from the Crate Paper On Trend 6x6 pad.

Products: Sweet November stamp, C.C. Designs stamp, Crate Paper dp, Doodlebug button and jewels, Kaisercraft jewels, Martha Stewart paper doily, The Cat's Pajamas seam binding, Copic Markers

Sweet November Preview - Princess Eleonore

***This is my second post for today. Please scroll down for my C.C. Designs for All That Scraps preview card.***

I'm back for a second day of June previews featuring Sweet November for All That Scraps.

Today's card features Princess Eleonore. I fussy cut out the image after coloring with Copic Markers and then added some jewels to her crown. I placed her on a Martha Stewart paper doily so she wouldn't get lost in the patterned paper which is all from the new My Mind's Eye Kate & Co. Cambridge Court 6x6 pad. I placed a dimensional dot underneath her head for a bit of lift.

Sweet November Preview - Princess Gwendolyn

Good morning. Welcome to first of four June preview days featuring Sweet November for All That Scraps. This month we are celebrating the Princesses in your life. The four Princesses are actually sold as a set but we are showcasing them individually. Cause they are just too darn cute and princess-y not to give them their own special day!

Today's card features Princess Gwendolyn. I cut Gwendolyn out with a rectangular Spellbinders Nestie and then colored with Copic markers with the softest of hues. She has tiny pearls added to her shoes and dress and jewels in her crown. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece cut with the Stackables Cutters. The papers all came from the Basic Grey Knee Highs 6x6 pad.
