Today's card features images illustrated for Purple Onion Designs by Stacey Yacula.
I stamped Oscar (fox) and the kite from the Balloon, Party Hat and Kite set onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, masking off a portion of the string below the bows. After coloring with Copic markers, adding white highlights to the fox with a Gelly Roll pen, I fussy cut out the images. To prepare the background I stamped the kite image onto a watercolor cardstock piece to just the below the bows. I then watercolored with Zig Kuretake Clean Color brush markers to represent grass and sky. Using the fox image as a guide I used a waterproof pen to continue drawing the kite string on both the background and the stamped piece. The sentiment from the Sweet Occasions Sentiment set was stamped directly onto the panel and the images attached with foam tape.

The Cat's Pajamas February Release Blog Hop and TCP Tuesday Reminder
It is release day for The Cat's Pajamas! Three new stamps and three new die sets are now available in The Cat's Pajamas shop. We are celebrating the release with a blog hop and I am up first.
We are also a little over half way for TCP Tuesday #343 which is to feature an animal on your creation.
For once I am ahead of a holiday with these Easter goody bags. I created the tag bases using a combination of cardstock cut with a die from the Beaches CutUps and pattern paper cut with the Holiday Tag Duo. I stamped images from the new Family Forever set onto the white cardstock pieces and colored with Copic Markers. The image portion was attached to the patterned paper tag using foam tape and I added an enamel dot to each one. I also used the Eggs in a Basket die to create a basket tag with eggs decorating two of them with a cardstock bow using a die from the Presents set. For the other two I added a strip of double sided tape to the back and applied some scrunched up paper "grass" that I included inside the bags. I attached the tags to the gift bags using double strands of ribbon.
Here are the individual tags:

The Cat's Pajamas February Sneak Peeks
Welcome to the The Cat's Pajamas Sneaky Peek Week! We have three new stamp sets and three new dies which will be released on February 20 in the TCP store. You've already seen some really great projects throughout the week from my fellow design team members Julie, Michele, Deborah and Brenda. I am the featured designer today.
The overall theme of this release is about family which make me so emotional considering the tragic situation in Florida. Hold tight to your family. Visit with your neighbors. Pick up the phone and call a friend you haven't talked to in a while. Pray for these families who will never hear their child's voice again. Most of all, love one another.
I stamped the bear and a couple of the extra ducks from the new and oh so sweet Family Forever set onto Neenah cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I added the raindrops stamping with gray flannel ink. After cutting a frame also from Neenah cardstock, I stamped the sentiment using jelly bean ink and added two more of the ducks and colored those with Copics also. After attaching the image panel and frame to the card base I added a few enamel dots to represent sunshine
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, PTI and Neenah cs, Doodlebug enamel dots, Memento and Simon Says ink, Copic Markers
Copics: Ducks-Y11, Y13, Y21, YR12; Umbrella-W00, E81, B0000, B000. B01, Bear-W00, E81, E50, E51, E53; Grass-G40, G43; Sky-BG000, BG70
I stamped brother from the new Big Family Words set several times across a soft stone card front using soft stone ink for a subtle background, adding a strip of pattern paper between the last two rows. I stamped the sentiment from the new Family Forever set onto a kraft circle using kraft ink and attached to the panel using a layer of craft foam for dimension. A scattering of wood mini stars provided the finishing touches for a simple masculine card.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps, PTI dp and cs, Studio Calico stars, PTI and MFT ink
I stamped the cat that I think of has Smug Kitty from the new Home is Where the Cat Is onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut out trimming away the loose thread portion of the image. After using a die from the Holiday Window Duo CutUps to cut a tag from yellow patterned paper, I stamped the same cat image onto to it along with the speech bubble, sentiment and paws all in black ink. I finished up the sentiment using a portion of one from the Simply Said set then attached the cut out image using foam tape. I cut the fish bone twice from white cardstock using a die from the new Goodies CutUps and then another tag from black striped paper cut with a die from the Luggage Tags CutUps. I tied all the pieces together with twine and attached to the card front which was embossed with stripes. To finish up the whole lotta of stripes theme I added a striped gem.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, PTI dp and cs, Divine Twine, Queen and Co. gem, MFT ink, Copic markers
Copics: Cat-W00,E81, C00, C1, R20, YG01,YG95; Yarn-Y13, Y17, Y35, Y21
After stamping the house from the Home for All Seasons set onto a linen cardstock piece I cut out the sentiment using the new Home Sweet Home CutUps. I set aside that piece and then I cut out three more from hardier cardstock then layered all four together with glue. After stamping the sentiment at the bottom from the Simply Said set and the key at the top with an image from Sent with Love using Delicata Golden glitz ink I cut the piece using a wonky stitched die. The panel was layered berrylicous card stock piece cut to the same size and then attached to the card base. The layered sentiment was inserted into the cut out to complete a CAS house warming card.
Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, MFT and PTI cs, Simon Says and Delicata inks

TCP Tuesday #343 Challenge
It's time for another challenge here at The Cat's Pajamas. It's an easy one. Just include an animal on your creation.
I think I may have repeated myself with this design but I guess it was better to copy myself than case someone else accidently. I started out by cutting two tags, one from patterned paper and the other from woodgrain embossed cardstock, using the Holiday Window Duo CutUps. I used a die from the Nested Hearts set to create a heart shaped cutout in the cardstock tag. I then added a strip of green at the bottom cut with a die from the Holiday Toppers set. I stamped the cute little bear from the Sent with Love set onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut out. I attached it to the prepared tag using foam tape and then tied the two tags together with twine. I stamped the sentiment directly to the card front and added a simple border. After attaching the tag to the card base I added a few enamel dots.
Products: The Cat's Pajams stamps and dies, PTI dp, EH and PTI cs, Doodlebug enamel dots, Divine Twine, MFT ink, Copic Markers.
