I'm glad to be tucked in my house safe and warm today. I hope it is the same for you and your loved ones.
I have another Christmas card for you. I am loving that there are Christmas challenge blogs throughout the year as they give me a chance break out some holiday related stamps and dies and that I never got the chance to use very much in December. In some cases, not at all really. It makes me feel less guilty!
Festive Friday #24 challenge photo as inspiration. I used the Papertrey Ink Mat Stack 3 die to create a cutout from a rectangular piece of American Crafts silver glitter paper. I then used patterned paper from the Anna Griffin Winter Wonderland pad underneath. I cut the banner piece from white glitter cardstock using a die from the Reverse Confetti Tag Me set and then placed the "merry" word cut from American Crafts gold glitter paper with the Simon Says Merry Christmas dies. I wrapped some Hemptique cord around the piece and then added a button and some gold thread. I stamped the sentiment from the Reverse Confetti Bring on the Merry set directly onto the cardstock background using Memento Luxe Gray Flannel ink. A few gold and and silver sequins finished it up.
That's it for today. I hope to see you back here soon.
