The Picket Fence Studios Design Team members are collaborating with The Ink Stand today with an Instahop over on Instagram but I also wanted to blog my card. If you want to participate in the Instahop start @picketfencestudios. There is a prize available so be sure to check it out. You have until July 11, 2022 @6pm EDT to participate.
I adore all the Picket Fence Studios 6x6 butterfly stencils but this is the first time I have used the Flutter Butterfly Stencil. I sprayed the back of it with Pixie Spray and after it dried I placed over a white cardstock piece. I used the Life Changing Blender Brush Set to blend fired brick, festive berries and frayed burlap ink over it. I trimmed the piece down a bit, then added a layer of Foam Tape to the back. I wanted a bit more texture so I used the Hexagon Randomness Stencil with a bit of Arctic Fox Paper Glaze Luxe on the lower wings for a tone on tone messy look. I added two pieces from the Kaleidoscope Butterflies jar using a combo of glue and foam dimensionals and also the sentiment from the Baby Butterfly Beauties stamped with rich cocoa ink cut out with the matching die.Products: Picket Fence Studios stamps, dies, stencil, paper glaze luxe and clay butterfly wings, PTI cs, Memento and Ranger Distress ink
My favorite thing about
The Ink Stand is that there are grips on the bottom so the stand stays in place.
Thank you for stopping by today and don't forget to hop on over to
Instagram for a chance to win a prize and to see all the fabulousness my fellow design team members have created.
