{The Cat's Pajamas November Sneak Peeks} Stencilz Day!

Welcome to another day of The Cat's Pajamas September sneak peeks. It's been a long time that it has taken me this long to appear on the sneak peeks. I have been sick with a very bad cold and really haven't been able to do much. You should see my house! But I am back on track now.

There are 5 stamp sets, 1 die set and 7 stencils in this release. Products are made available to purchase as they are sneak peeked but if you can wait there is special pricing on the official release date of November 26.

Alma went a little crazy with stencils this release so we decided to devote a sneak peek day to them!

I prepared the image panel by using the new Succulent Stencil to blend tropic teal and fresh pink ink for a partial succulent background onto Neenah cardstock. I stamped and die cut three images using the new Stuck on You bundle, then colored with Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment onto a double ended banner and attached all with craft foam.

{Reminder} TCP Tuesday November Challenge

Hello there. Long time no see. I've been sick with a very bad cold which just seemed to linger around way too long. I haven't got a whole lot done in the past week. But I back now with a reminder card for the November TCP Tuesday Challenge at The Cat's Pajamas. The theme is Holiday and you have until the end of the month to submit a project for a chance at a $50 gift voucher to the store. The holiday can be any one in the months of November, December and January.

I created a super simple card with lots of "white" space using an image and die from the Sketchy Santa Bundle, coloring in some non-traditional santa hues using Copic Markers. I cut the tree using a die from the Christmas Cookies die set and added some Nuvo drops to decorate it. The images were attached using foam dots then I stamped the snowflakes and sentiment.

Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, PTI cs, Tonic Nuvo Drops, PTI and Altenew ink
Copics: Santa-BG000, BG01, BG02, E02, E81, W00, N1, N3; Santa Sack-YG01, YG11

Upload your projects here.

Peace on Earth

I am triple dipping on challenging with this tag/card today. I created the shaker tag using the Reverse Confetti Square Window Tag cut from patterned paper, gold metallic cardstock and actetate, then filled with clear holographic sequins and tied at the top with gold metallic thread. I stamped the angel and shooting star from the Joyous Holiday set onto Neenah cardstock, then diecut with the matching dies. The sentiment was stamped onto linen cardstock cut with a die from the Bitty Banners set. I am submitting this to the 25 Days of Christmas Tags (Day 5). I was inspired by the trio of sweet tags by Kathy.

And since I need more Christmas cards than Christmas tags right now (I haven't bought a single gift yet), I attached to a card in which I used the sketch from the current Freshly Made Sketches (#410) Challenge.

And since I used Reverse Confetti products I am submitting to their November Stock Your Stash Challenge

Products: Reverse Confetti stamps, dies and dp, PTI cs, Michael's metallic cs, The Cat's Pajamas sequins, Memento and Altenew ink, Copic Markers
Copics: Angel-E000, E01, E11, R02, W00, E81, BG0000, BG10, YR21, YR26; Star-YR30

I hope you have a blessed weekend. Thank you for stopping by.

November TCP Tuesday Challenge #363

The November TCP Tuesday challenge is all about a Holiday. That is any November, December or January holiday. You have until the end of the month to complete a project and TCP products are not required. And an added bonus is the $50 gift voucher some lucky artist has a chance to win.

I used the Sketchy Santa Bundle to stamp and die cut the sweet skiing santa, the star cluster and three small trees, then colored with Copic Markers. To prepare the background, I used a circle die as a stencil and brushed on blueberry sky ink, then used a wet brush and gouache to add "snow". The sentiment was stamped using gala red ink. After I added a strip of patterned paper at the bottom, I attached the images to a "snow bank" and adhered to the panel with foam mounting squares.

Products: The Cat's Pajamas stamps and dies, The Stamp Market dp, PTI cs, Sakura Gelly Roll Glitter pen, PTI, WPlus9 and Altenew ink, Copic Markers

Good morning. I have another card using the brand new Pine Cone Trail collection by Stacey Yacula for Purple Onion Designs. And this time I am submitting it to the Fall/Winter Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop

Rory & Noelle (mouse and squirrel) was stamped onto Copics X-Press It cardstock, colored with Copic markers, then fussy cut out. I did color the squirrel as a skunk though. To prepare the background I cut a stitched rectangle from Neenah cardstock, then used the previously released Birch Trees Background partially stamped three times to create a forest. A Day the Lord has Made

Good morning. Today's card was for a special friend who recently married on a farm with a beautiful backdrop of the Tennessee mountains. The wedding was outside and the reception in a red barn.

I wanted to go with a fall theme so I stamped the smallest tree images from The Greetery Fir & Foliage No. 1 stamp set using dark chocolate, hayride and gala red ink then cut out with the matching die. I then stamped the barn from The Greetery Harvest Home using gala red, vermillion and smoke ink and cut out with the matching die. I cut out a stitched panel from Master's Touch watercolor cardstock and sponged a sky background using tumbled ink, then the rock path with The Greetery Pathway Stencil and pumice stone and gathered twig distress ink. The tree and barn were then attached using foam squares. The sentiment from The Greetery Comforting Commands set was stamped directly onto the panel using

Products: The Greetery stamps, dies and stencil, Master's Touch and PTI cs, Ranger Distress and Archival ink, Wplus9 and Simons Says ink

I am submitting this for the current The Card Concept #122 (Bountiful Blessings) challenge.
