Sweet November - Elsie

It's day two of May Sweet November previews of the Garden Gnomes collection. Today we are featuring "Elsie."

After stamping Elsie, I colored her up with Copics trying to make it appear that she was bathed in sunlight and then I fussy cut her out.  I paired her up with some old Sweetwater patterned papers, a favorite from my scrapbooking days. I used several new C.C. Designs Cutters, the Fence and Grass and Flower borders to create a scene. I added the doily in the background for a bit of frilliness and the metal badge from the same paper collection to act as the sentiment.

Products: Sweet November stamp, C.C. Designs Cutters, Sweetwater dp and badge, Wilton Doily, PTI Woodgrain Impression plate, Copic Markers
Copics: Skin-E0000, E01, E11, R20; Hair-E21, E35, E25; Bonnet/Dress/Shoes-Y0000, Y11, Y15; Apron-B0000, B21, B23, B26, C1; Watering Can/Flower stems-YG0000, YG13, YG93; Flowers-B41, B32, B45

  11. Hi again Nancy, As you can guess I have finally gotten five minutes to check out everyone's blogs tonight and I am so glad that I did. Like I said before your card is just fantastic. I love how you make such beautiful cards but they don't seem cluttered in anyway while they really just drawl the person into them. lol. Hugs, Lisa G
