The warmer weather in Alabama makes me think it's time to go to the beach even though I know the water is still too cold. That doesn't keep me from dreaming about it though. In the meantime, I have an ocean themed card today which features images from the Under the Sea collection by Purple Onion Designs.
I first stamped Rocks, Seaweed & Coral onto Copic friendly cardstock, masked it, then stamped one of the images from the Branch Coral Set and also two small images from Seashells & Starfish. Separately I stamped the Crab and then colored all with Copic markers. I slipped the ocean piece underneath a linen cardstock panel that I cut an offset circle into. The sentiment from the Sea-timents set was stamped using Versamark ink and then white heat embossed. After attaching the fussy cut crab and the sentiment strip using foam dimensionals, I added a trio of flat backed pearls.
